Our on-line self-evaluation tool is free-standing.
It offers school leaders an opportunity to gain a 360 degree evaluation of their school’s performance. Views from a range of stakeholders are analysed, generating a confidential personalised report. The report can be used as the catalyst for systemic changes.
The system is totally automated, yet monitored for quality purposes by GES World.
On-line (asynchronous) professional development courses
Learn at your own pace
GES World offers access to a range of stand-alone online professional development courses, developed and provided by our associate company Learn Teach Develop. These courses are evidenced-based using current research which ensures that they are valid, efficient and informative.
Covering a range of topics, the courses are designed to be interactive and aimed at improving school effectiveness. Participants complete the courses on line in their own time.

Bespoke training, support and assistance
Schools requesting GES World personalised provision are assigned to a member of our senior team who will arrange to discuss their needs. An agreeable way forward might involve running AnalyzEd in order to get an accurate focus on the school’s issues. Alternatively direct intervention might be considered as the most appropriate course of action. Whatever your school’s needs, we are confident that, with a well targeted approach, GES World consultants will help bring about improvements.
